Ensuring the provision of the service; including the repair, replacement and installation of valuable IT Assets, including Networking, Software and Hardware, this may involve the use of complex and valuable fault finding equipment, to the satisfaction of the end user. Implements, manages, and troubleshoots existing network and system environments. Provides administration, operation management, and support for all computer systems, workstations. Performs frequent server checks and implements patches on servers also applying operating system updates patches, and configuration changes. Performs maintenance of desktop computers and performance tuning.Installing and configuring new hardware and software. Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc through AD. Database and sql administration. Technical support and troubleshooting any reported problems.Also Responsible for documenting the configuration of the system. Troubleshoots and resolves software, operating system, and networking problems both server and hardware and also resolve day to day issues of softwares. Schedules, performs, and monitors system backups and, when necessary, performs data recoveries.
