BREAKING NEWS: Payroll Report Sparks Comeback Rally; Dow Up 162

Wall Street kicked off the day in rally mode following heavy selling in the past two sessions as traders reacted to upbeat jobs data and awaited a key policy statement by the Federal Reserve. The Dow jumped 162 points, or 1.4%, while the broad S&P 500 posted bigger gains on a percent basis. Yields on government debt bounced back after tumbling on Tuesday; the 10-year note yields 2.059% from 1.992%.
