BREAKING NEWS: U.S. Unemployment Rate Falls to Lowest Level Since February '09

The Labor Department reports nonfarm payrolls rose by 200,000 in December, topping estimates of 150,000. The nation's unemployment rate unexpectedly fell to 8.5% in December from a revised 8.7% in November, the lowest level since February 2009.
