BREAKING NEWS: Stocks Close Out Week on High Note, Dow Surges 156

Propelled by a strong jobs report and upbeat manufacturing data, the Dow Jones Industrials soared by 156 to 12862, a multi-year high. The Nasdaq Composite, meanwhile, closed at its highest level since 2000. Treasurys sold off sharply, as did gold.
