Interacting with Customs House Agents/authorities, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, Associations, Banks and Govt. Bodies for Establishing healthy and strong relationships. Contributing/Responsible for all activities relating to cost effective logistics. Interacting / Interfacing with Shipping Agencies / Freight Forwarders, Negotiation Freights from Shipping Line, Airlines, Investigates and selects the best mode of transportation/service level. Responsible to settle local transportation and clearing rates with clearing agents and properly monitor clearing agent activities. Monitor timely submission of Refinance documents to Scheduled Banks / State Bank of Pakistan for Settlement/adjustment/roll over of loans (Part-1, Part II, Fe-25 US$ loan, etc), Monitor Forward booking position, balance and close out. Handling independently all written correspondence with State Bank of Pakistan, Banks, Customs, Associations, FBR, and Ministry of Textile Industry etc on daily basis on various issues. Responsible to monitor submission of custom rebate documents in timely manner, do proper liaison with custom consultant /agent for timely rebate payments, dealing independently all communications with Pakistan Customs Care/Manual unit, & Federal Board of revenue on re-assessment of rebate, re-fixation etc, ensuring every case booking, submission and payment receiving in APPS system. Daily check messages received on web side of Pakistan Custom Computerized Automatic System (PACCS) & instruct clearing agent to take action immediately. Closely Monitor whole activity of Drawback of Taxes and Levies subsidy, such as timely submission of documents, online submission of case on Ministry of Textile database, timely payments, follow-up with State bank of Pakistan for releasing of stuck-up Drawback funds, ensuring every case booking, submission and payment receiving in APPS system. Daily check messages received on web side of Pakistan Custom Computerized Automatic System (PACCS) & instruct clearing agent to take action immediately. Responsible for providing monthly sales summary report, next month sales forecasting reports, Drawback and Rebate summary report to CEO on monthly basis. Handle Ministry of Textile Industry independently to fulfill all their requirements in order to avail benefits announced in Textile Policy 2009-2012 Reviewing next month planning schedule for all units and allocate Export shipments business to banks on proportionate basis based on refinance loan & forward booking. Responsible to deal Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry & Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce & Industry etc. for providing them all the data require for Export Trophy Award & other category performance award. Decision of necessary permissions wherever required. Handle any work as and when assign by CEO.
