Marking attendance of all staff in manual and then updating it into electronic form. Ensure the maintenance of log books of company vehicles, bikes & generators daily bases. Ensure the Security of company property & staff in all manners. Check cleanness of whole factory i.e. Admin block, production hall, labor rooms & factory compounds. Ensures after office timings, all the electric equipments are switched off. All goods, materials, machineries, tools, equipments & other items must be checked and on daily bases. Assures labor has placed the tools & equipments in a proper way and according to HES standards. Check all the items that are in kept in boxes, cupboard & other safe things. Put the company keys in a proper cupboard. Ensure that after office timing, offices must be locked. Ensure that all working walk ways are clear. Ensure all employees are wearing their uniform, safety shoes, safety goggles, safety helmet & following all safety instructions. Make sure that employee smoke in the smoking area only. In case any emergency i.e. fire, accident, injury or any mishap arrange the necessary requirements like first aid, ambulance, transport etc. Prepare the duty roster of security staff & depute them on their duties. Check the record of all incoming & outgoing items materials, products etc on gate register. Verify the incomings and outgoings on daily basis; supervise the physically checking of incoming & outgoing material. Does not allow any person going out from factory without gate pass during duty times. Does not permit any outsider to enter the factory without permission of competent authority. Check every employee before leaving the gate. Keep the Main gate in closed at all times. Arrange the stay of visitor/clients & other guests. Assures labor and staff attendance is on time. Frequently visits factory to see the performance of workers. Should be a proactive person and must display leadership skills. Has to assist the senior manager, as well as guide and look after the efficiency of the employees that are a part of team. Handles last time orders, rectifying the complaints of the labors, supervising the daily work and deftly delegating responsibilities is a challenge, that needs patience and effective decision making ability Has to be a problem solver professional, coordinate with operations and see all legal issues of the company. Deliver quality performance and work 24/7 when required. Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include filing, telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, and faxing. Receive and file incoming letters, documents. Manage administrative department, maintain a safe and secure work environment.
