Perform basic, standardized and repetitive mechanical assembly operations and labeling of components, assemblies or sub assemblies. 2. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches and written instructions of engineers etc and then to assemble the parts or products. 3. Assemble all products according to the customer's specifications to ensure that product can be used safely. b) PRESSURE TESTING: 1. Clean and test pressurized sections and cavities of the machined components, according to blueprints and specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and pressure testing equipments. 2. Read and interpret blueprints and process specifications to determine area to be sealed, volume of pressure to be applied, and allowable tolerances. 3. Set up specialized test equipment to diagnose, test and validate the performance of high-pressure valve products and other pressure components. c) ELECTRICAL TESTING: 1. Clean and test electrical sections of the machined components, according to blueprints and specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipments. 2. Set up specialized electrical test equipments to diagnose and test the performance of machined components. 3. Utilize various testing equipments such as Timer, Stopwatch, Ammeter, Voltmeter, Digital Mega-Ohmmeter, Hipot Tester, Multi meter, etc for electrical testing according to required specifications in a particular area of a production line. d) HELICOIL FITTING: 1. Tapping and inserting helicoils efficiently. 2. Utilize different tools and equipments to fit and inspect helicoils.
