Quantity Surveyor / Take-Offs Master Jobs in Lahore, Pakistan

Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator/ Take-Offs Master needed! Bench-Mark medium sized remote contractor based in Pakistan and Europe region. They are urgently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor at an intermediate/ senior level with 1-3 years experience in Housing and Commercial sector. Must be aware about International Standards as the estimation will be needed for USA client. The candidates main role would be to provide Quantity Surveyor and Take-Off Service on existing and new projects. Would need excellent measurement skills and in taking off architects and engineer's drawings, as well as forming bills of quantities. Contract negotiation and cost management skills are extremely beneficial, but not necessary. This is a great opportunity to work with a main contractor with a full order book, and a stable financial base.
