BREAKING NEWS: Stocks Race Out of The Gate; Dow Jumps 110

The markets rallied on Friday as traders cheered encouraging retail sales data, strong earnings from Google and remained optimistic that a meeting between global economic policymakers will ultimately yield a plan to tackle Europe's debt crisis. Minutes after the opening bell, the Dow jumped 110 points and the S&P 500 leaped 1.3%.
