BREAKING NEWS: CBO Projects $1.3 Trillion Deficit for 2011

The Congressional Budget Office released a report Wednesday morning projecting a $1.3 trillion deficit for 2011, the third-largest shortfall in the past 65 years. The report also forecast a sluggish economic recovery and says the recent turmoil in financial markets will hamper the recovery.
