BREAKING NEWS: Stocks Rallying Despite Quake

A tremor that hit the East Coast Tuesday afternoon has not derailed the stock market. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is at session highs with an hour to go in the session, up 270 points, or 2.5%, at 11124. The Nasdaq Composite and S&P 500 indices are showing even larger gains on a percentage basis.
