BREAKING NEWS: Stock Futures Pointing to Modest Rebound

With just under an hour to go before the opening bell Tuesday, futures on the major stock indices are showing a modest bounce on the heels of Monday's massive selloff. Dow futures are up 140 points, S&P 500 futures rose by 17 and Nasdaq futures added 32. Later, the Federal Reserve will unveil its decision on the direction of interest rates after its regularly scheduled FOMC meeting.
