BREAKING NEWS: Stocks at New Lows Heading Into Close

With just 10 minutes to go in the session, stocks are at new lows on the day and racking up historic losses. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is off more than 600 points, or 5.3%. The Nasdaq Composite and S&P 500 indices are down more than 6%.
