BREAKING NEWS: Research in Motion 3Q EPS Tops Views

Research in Motion on Thursday posted third-quarter earnings per share that topped Wall Street's view, while revenue came in about as expected. The company earned $1.27 an adjusted share on sales of $5.2 billion, while Wall Street was expecting the BlackBerry maker to post revenue of $5.26 billion and EPS of $1.19. The shares are edging slightly higher in after-hours trading.
