BREAKING NEWS: Wall Street Powers Higher; Dow Surges 320

Stocks are vaulting further into the green in early-afternoon trading as every major sector rallies. All 30 Dow components and all but eight stocks on the broad S&P 500 index are in positive territory, while commodities markets are extending gains. The blue chips are up 320 points, or 2.7%, while broader market averages are posting bigger gains on a percent basis.
