Freedom given to determine the format of reports but the content of the report is determined by end users and the Manager, Engineering Services. The jobholder may ensure compliance to departmental policies and procedures but, although making recommendations as to how they may be improved, is not authorised to change existing policy and procedure without the prior approval of the Manager, Engineering Services and the General Manager, E&P Jubail. |
