Teacher Trainers Jobs in Hazara Public School & College, Pakistan

Take the lead in the management and development of a teacher-training plan together with the NIQE Pakistan. NIQE trained trainer and local teacher trainers in the conduct/facilitation of teacher training in the camps Coordinate in the development of teaching aids Provide translation during training and as the work requires Meet with the teacher trainers and the nursery school teachers Support and assist in the over-all work of the NIQE Pakistan Seek input and feedback from the teachers, teacher trainers, monitors and local coordinators on how to improve and make the teacher training effective Provide occasional help as requested by the Team Leader, Field Coordinator and other staff, as necessary Qualifications needed: Knowledge of rural situation and preferably has experience working along the rural teachers. Understanding of, and commitment to, womens education and empowerment Background in early childhood management and development, childrens development would be helpful Fluency in English language, (Urdu will be useful) Willingness and ability to travel,willingness to work at some irregular hours Based in: Pakistan Salary: Salary will be computed based on NIQE Salary Scale
