BREAKING NEWS: Stocks Rally, Oil Prices Surge

Wall Street is off to a strong start on the heels of a powerful selloff, with energy and basic materials shares paving the way higher. Meanwhile, crude oil and gasoline futures are surging and yields on U.S. government debt are climbing as traders move back into riskier markets. The Dow is up 110 points, or 0.91%, while crude oil is up more than 3%, topping the $100 a barrel mark.
