Wall Street shifted into rally mode once again on Friday, led by soaring financial shares, while the yield on U.S. government debt jumped as traders shed the safe haven asset. The Dow is up 121 points, or 1%, and the broad S&P 500 is 15 points, or 1.2%, higher.
