BREAKING NEWS: U.S. Jobless Rate Falls to Lowest Level Since March '09

The Labor Department reports nonfarm payrolls rose by 120,000 in November, slightly less than the 122,000 economists had expected. The unemployment rate unexpectedly fell to 8.6% from 9%, hitting its lowest level since March 2009. Stock-index futures held on to sizeable gains following the report.
